Occupying a position in the heart of the village, Villa Carlos enjoys lovely views of the bay. Newly renovated, this offers comfortable modern accommodation.

Entrance is via a spacious sunny terrace with views across the bay. Entrance into the open-plan downstairs area which is very modern and has cool tiled floors.

The excellent kitchen is to one side and is fully fitted with granite worktops, washing machine, full cooker and fridge/freezer. A dining area has double doors which open onto a walled terrace area outside. Well appointed bathroom with shower.

A spiral staircase takes you up to the bedrooms on the first floor. The master bedroom has a double bed and lovely views from the window of the pretty harbour below. There is another bedroom with single bed which overlooks the side terrace. A second bathroom is off the hallway. Great new accommodation, right in the heart of the village.
